Step - By - Step
We’ve made enrolling as warm and straightforward as possible. Here’s exactly what to expect:
Step 1: Submit Your Application
Start by completing the application form on our Apply page. You’ll be asked to write a short essay (around 500 words) sharing why you feel called to classical homeopathy and how you plan to use your qualification.
You’ll also upload supporting documents, including:

Step 2: Your Interview
Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll invite you to a friendly 30-minute Zoom conversation in January. This is our chance to get to know you better, answer any questions you have, and discuss whether prior learning might qualify for credit recognition (RPL).
There is a small fee for formal RPL assessment, which we’ll explain during the interview if it applies to you.
Step 3: Receive Your Offer
If we both feel it’s a great fit, you’ll receive an official Offer of Place. You’ll have 7 days to accept.
Step 4: Secure Your Place
To confirm your spot in our intimate cohort of 25, pay a $1,000 deposit and set up your easy weekly payment plan. Payments begin no later than the first teaching weekend and finish by the end of November each year.
Step 5: Welcome To The Community
Once your place is secured, you’ll receive your welcome pack and immediate access to our private online Student Community and Learning Platform.
There you’ll find onboarding videos covering everything you need before we begin — including the student handbook and code of conduct. We ask that these videos are completed before our first weekend, so we can dive straight into the heart of the learning together.
